1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Why was my payment rejected?

There are many reasons for payment rejection. For example, incorrect card information, insufficient balance, or payment service issues. Please check your information or contact your bank/payment service provider.

3. How to obtain an invoice?

Your invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your email at checkout. If you need customized invoices, please contact our sales team.

4. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) option?

No, we don’t offer cash on delivery. You must make online payment at the time of ordering.

5. Can I choose to enter a discount code or gift card?

Yes, do you have a code or coupon? Enter the code on the checkout page to enjoy discounts

6. Is payment secure?

7. How to receive order confirmation after payment?

Shipping

1. What is the transportation policy?

We can ship to countries/regions through DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method, which does not require customs clearance and does not charge any tariffs. Free shipping to European countries.

United States – UPS Express (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
UK – Local DPD Express
Europe – UPS Express/DPD Express/DHL Express

2. Who is responsible for handling tariffs and taxes?

Most EU countries do not need to pay tariffs. Except for Denmark, if there is a second customs clearance, customers need to handle it themselves.

3. Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Shenzhen, China and Europe for the fastest global delivery.
